Seven to nine hours of quality sleep each night is key to looking naturally beautiful and feeling incredible. If you are getting less than six hours of sleep per night, it’s probably having a negative effect on your looks…and your outlook.

Yet, getting enough sleep is key to stimulating your body’s own collagen production, strengthening and enhancing the benefits of any of our treatments. Also, blood flow increases while you are sleeping, helping your skin maintain its rosy glow. On the other hand, if you are not getting enough sleep, your skin can be the first to show the signs.
Tired skin is sallow and dull.
And when we are sleep-deprived our eyes tend to get puffy with dark circles forming underneath. We’ve all been there and know it’s not a pretty sight… The great thing is that just a few nights of great rest can result in quick improvements. Remember how good you start to look – and feel – even just a day or two into your vacation? If you’re not getting enough shuteye, consider the improvements you can make to your sleep schedule. Even an hour more a night could have a huge positive impact on your looks – and your mood!
