Jowls and loose skin in the lower face are always a big complaint among patients of all ages.  As we lose the nice definition of a straight jawline, there are few effective alternatives to correcting this area.  We typically think of surgical facelifts as the only solution, but the Silhouette Instalift can give mini-facelift results in minutes, and the effects can last between 18 and 24 months.  After having done at least 100 procedures, I’ve been so pleased with the results.  This 20-minute thread lift procedure is incredibly effective in lifting the skin in the lower and mid-face region for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity.  The Silhouette’s proprietary cone technology is far superior to barbed Silhouette threads, lasts much longer, and is much more comfortable for the patient during and after the procedure.  The Silhouette can also be used to raise brows, and tighten necks if laxity is modest in this area.  Other than rare bruising, I have had no post-procedure complaints from patients.  I am currently the only provider of The Silhouette Instalift in all of Colorado, and one of the leading providers in the nation.  If you’d like a little lift and aren’t ready for a facelift, I encourage you to check out my you tube videos on this procedure, or feel free to ask me about it.
