Dysport®: Stop Wrinkles in their tracks

The most effective products for reducing lines and wrinkles are Dysport®. We believe fillers are your magic wand, turning back the clock and rejuvenating your face. Nothing restores volume and fullness like fillers! Fillers are increasingly targeted and varied, with new fillers coming out every year. We all lose volume as we age due to the natural loss of fat under the skin, bone re-absorption and collagen breakdown in our skin. Fillers injected by the expert hand of Dr. Janowski can subtly restore and enhance your natural beauty, lifting skin, reshaping the face, and filling in where volume has been lost.

There are two types of fillers: Short-term and Long-lasting

Short-term fillers

such as filler in the Restylane familiy are hyaluronic-acid based non-permanent FDA approved dermal fillers. Like different paint brushes in an artist’s hand, each product has it’s own unique consistency and is tailored for different parts of the face. From lifting the mid-face and cheeks, to adding volume to the lips, to smoothing parenthesis lines, to softening dark circles under the eyes, fillers can give you an instantly younger and fresher appearance.

Long lasting fillers

More and more, our patients are turning to long-lasting fillers. The reasons are clear – long-lasting fillers not only are a better value, they also have the added advantage of promoting skin rejuvenation from the inside out by stimulating the growth of your own collagen.

Long-lasting fillers fall in to two categories, collagen stimulators and your own fat.

Collagen-stimulators like Sculptra and Bellafill stimulate your own collagen to grow in as the filler. In this way, they are very long-lasting, and provide the added benefit of rejuvenating your skin.

Sculptra is the most time-tested filler available, and over a series of treatments (usually 3), gives your face a renewed youthful fullness. Silhouette InstaLift with Theads: The Instant Non-Surgical Facelift

Dr. Janowski is proud to be the top provider of Silhouette InstaLift threadlifts in Colorado (2016).

Silhouette InstaLift threads first took Europe by storm, and are now available in the US. They are made of an absorbable material that has the added benefit of acting as a collagen stimulator. The threads are ultra-thin and have small bi-directional cones on them that when placed, lift the skin. The threads are absorbed by the body over time, but the new collagen they stimulated remains. Patients notice an instant-lift.

Commonly used to lift skin in the lower face and jowls, threads offer a solution for the troublesome sagging jawline many of us experience. Silhouette threads can also add lift and definition to the mid-face and smooth away parenthesis lines. Laser Skin Rejuvenation

Fractional Laser treatments have been a staple in the field of aesthetics for decades. Using a heat to create tiny micro-injuries to the skin, lasers can tighten skin, remove pigment, and smooth over imperfections. Done every one to two years, a laser can keep your skin smooth and healthy.

IPL Photofacials

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Photofacials use high-intensity visible light to remove unwanted skin pigmentation. IPL can be used to reduce sun damage, remove excessive pigment and age spots, tackle tough melasma, and reduce the red appearance of broken capillaries.   IPL is a minimal down-time treatment, and an ideal maintenance treatment.  Most patients do IPL treatments once per year.

Laser Hair Reduction

Laser Hair Reduction is one of the most beloved treatments the world over. Using heat energy to kill hair follicles, laser hair reduction can be used anywhere on the body where you have hair. HydraJet Microderm

The hydra-jet microderm facial combines the beloved mechanical exfoliation of a microdermabrasion treatment with the skin soothing and infusion powers of a hydra-jet facial. Your skin is left immediately exfoliated, hydrated, and glowing. Regular treatments can smooth fine lines and prevent acne breakouts. Using the gentle infusion power of the hydra-jet, customized product formulations are used during each treatment to tackle your unique skin concerns.

Peels

Chemical peels are the world’s oldest beauty treatment, with records of Cleopatra herself treating her skin with peels. Because there are so many types of peels, numerous skin quality issues can be addressed. Peels are especially good at restoring an even skin tone, diminishing redness and brown spots, treating acne, and tightening the skin. We have a number of peels ranging from mild to more intensive. Healthy skin is properly exfoliated skin, and nothing is better for promoting cell turnover than a chemical peel.

Microneedling

Microneedling, also called Collagen Induction Therapy, helps your skin increase its own collagen and elastin production. By creating tiny micro-injuries to the dermis, microneedling encourages your skin to rejuvenate. A customizable treatment, microneedling improves skin texture and firmness and reduces the appearance of scars. Pore size is also reduced post-treatment, and your skin is left tighter and smoother.  Using your own platelet rich plasma (PRP) or commercial growth factors boosts the effectiveness of the microneedling to heal your skin from the inside out.

J Plasma: Hit the Reset Button  on your skin

J-Plasma is by far our most effective treatment for total facial resurfacing and skin tightening. Precision: The Micro-Surgical Neck Lift

We’ve finally found a long-term and effective treatment for sagging necks and double chins.  This one time treatment has results that will last for many years. It is done in the office, and has minimal downtime.

Dr. Janowski uses a laser to tighten skin through small injection points. The laser melts fat, which is removed using a tiny cannula. This allows for an effective and precise results. Dr. Janowski’s careful eye and extensive training allows for a customized treatment and beautiful results.
