For many of us, leading meaningful fulfilling lives includes taking the time to look and feel our very best. We tend to be incredibly busy, and finding the time for self-care isn’t always easy.

Data shows that meditating reverses the biological clock. In one study, those who participated in a regular meditation program the longest were biologically fully five years younger than their non-meditating peers.
Other studies show how meditation reduces our cortisol and epinephrine levels – hormones that increase blood pressure and inflammation. Reducing the levels of these hormones helps increase oxygen flow, brightening skin and reducing inflammation.
With the hustle and bustle of the holiday’s right around the corner, maybe now is the time to commit to a simple but regular meditation routine. Just five minutes a day can positively impact on your looks…and your life.
