Jeanette, our Patient Services Manager, shares her favorite products and treatments
What is your role at Sonata?
I am the Patient Services Manager. I meet with all patients before they meet with Dr. Janowski to go over their concerns, goals and needs. I am also always available to answer any questions or concerns with treatments or skin care.
What treatments and services have you had done/used?
In the 5+ years I’ve been with Dr. Janowski, I have had Dysport®, the instant-lift with threads, 7 vials of Sculptra, and have used all of our short-terms filler, including adding volume to my lips. I’ve also done laser hair removal, IPL Photofacials, Microneedling with Plasma, and I’ve tried all of the peels we offer. I also use both the Obagi and Skin Ceuticals skin care products.
What is/are your top favorite treatments/services and why?
My favorite filler is Sculptra. I feel it is the most natural and the results just keep getting better! My favorite skin care service with Laurel is the VI peel. Hands down! It changes your skin!
What would you recommend every one do to take better care of themselves?
There are 3 elements to good skin: the Doctor’s services – which include injectables and threads, Laurel’s services – which help maintain great skin and remove skin imperfections, and medical-grade skin care used at home each day. You need all three elements to have your best skin and your most youthful look!
What have you learned while working at Sonata that you would want to share with friends/family?
I tell friends, family, and even strangers (!!) all the time…”Don’t waste your money over the counter skin care! You only need a few medical-grade (clinically proven) products to have your best skin. Over-the-counter skin care is mostly unproven fluff!”
